Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error or damage on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling after delivery.
Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped out every Friday.
- Please allow 5-7 days to receive your order after shipping.
- If you need your order sooner, we offer Next Day Shipping at an additional cost (select at checkout).
- Local Pickup is available in Austin, Texas (details provided at checkout).
Returned Packages
If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or any other reason, you will need to purchase a re-shipment fee to have your order sent back to you. We do not cover shipping costs for reshipments.
Important: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
